ESPN.com reports that Twins GM Terry Ryan has resigned. A former Mets scout, Ryan has been at the healm of the Twins franchise for 12 seasons.
Assistant GM Bill Smith will take Ryan’s place.
…pretty surprising news…ryan has done a tremendous job keeping the twins in contention year in and year out…i wonder what impact, if any, this will have on locking up some of their young superstars, especially a certain left-hander…remember, they have a new stadium on the way, as well…
