You have to love when someone calls you a name when they can't make a point. Especially when they do it online because they know they would be knocked out if they said it in person.

Anyway, I"m not a Cards fan. I'm a Mets fan. I respect St Louis and it's fans because they cheer and support their team through good and bad.

If the Mets end up in last place next year, see how much support they get. Empty other than corporate seats of course.

Teams lose games. They slump. Sorry if your life is over and you have to whine because the Mets lost. Get over it. Thanks.

Omar is one of the best talent evaluators that there is. It is very hard to find a good GM, which Omar is. It is extremely easy to find a manager to manage a good team. That is why it is amazing how badly Willie has managed to mess this season up.

If Omar gets fired, I am turning in my Met pompoms. Look at this team on paper. Compared to last year, every single player, with the exception of maybe Wright, has been worse then last year. Every single one. Lo Duca, Delgado, Reyes, Beltran, all of them. It isnt Omars fault, but when a team plays horribly like this the Manager has to go. You cant blame Omar for lack of offseason moves because there were no moves to be made. He brought in Alou who has been great. Its not the personell, its just that the are all underachieving, but most of these guys are proven big leaguers. That blame falls on the manager.

"Is there any doubt in your mind Paul LoDuca has more skills on how to manage a N.L team than Willie?

If LoDuca is managing in 10 years….I’d pick him up in a heartbeat. He’s the man"

No doubt whatsoever. I would LOVE to have Bobby V back in here. I loved that guy.

Yeah, only they havent played hard all season, unless u call Reyes watching from the batters box as the first baseman catches a fair pop up playing hard, or continual mental errors that cost us games, obviously it isnt working, Willie just plays that whole I am smarter then you act and its getting old especially when every decision that he makes ends up burning him.

At least he has shown some heart. He has clearly made his case as the best 1B on this team.

Exactly, I would rather watch prospects come up and get smoked but play hard then this bunch of underachievers give back 5 games in 5 days to the phillies for the second time in 3 WEEKS.

He is a weak manager and does not prepare his team for a big series. He will blow this big lead and the Mets can go home for the winter and watch the Yankees agin on Fox with his old uniform on

Mets are in deep trouble, I saw laughing in the dugout during the 9th I guess LaDuca is write in his coments. I think someone should wake Reyes up and tell him to start playing

Yes like St Louis fans. Fans who support and cheer the team. Fans who don't look to boo just for the sake of booing. Fans in NY just like to nitpick and bash and boo every single part of their teams because maybe it makes them feel like they are important or something.

The same fans who nitpick and boo, think they have THE RIGHT to cheer when the team win. Well, in my eyes, they do not. Those who stuck with and supported, do.
