Just a reminder, Mets 3B David Wright will be a guest on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart tonight, October 31.
The David Wright Foundation is hosting their Third Annual Do the Wright Thing Gala on November 15 in New York City.

According to WFAN update, Mets picked up Alou’s option and resigned Damion Easley. I have no problem with either.
i can hear stewart ask dw, “so i hear you’re willing to play the catcher position for the mets now?”
what does that have to do with david wright being on tv?
Jon Stewart and David Wright together. Take a minute to ponder how awesome that is.
Nothing…But considering this is the Metsblog..and well maybe the Mets fan would want to know that who is not listening to WFAN..and since Matt didn’t post it..Itput it in a topic that is guaranteed to have no posts as opposed to another A Rod discussion that has 100. Since moving David Wright to Left has been one of the topics of the day…maybe resigning the Left fielder might have something to do with Wright’s appearance, a question from Jon Stewart perhaps..but I did do it for the exposer of having the first post so people could know. Sorry boredatwork…I didn’t mean to crap all over David Wright promoting his charity.
I believe that David Wright was chewing tobacco on The Daily Show. I mean, I kind of understand that there’s that baseball, old school mentality of chewing tobacco during the game, but, geez. He must be addicted to the stuff.
