yes, assuming the Glavine contract doesn’t fall apart too (I think it was reported as pending physical0.

Unlike football though, you can’t trade the draft pick. it does, however, give them the flexibility to trade some more lower level prospects, since they will be getting more back (hopefully) to replenish the stock.
