It would be fun to watch again. Will Brian Cashman be relegated to the Murray Cook role of GM in name only? If I were running the Yankees, I wouldn't trade either Hughes or Chamberlain. Period! I hate the Yankees and it pains me to say it but these guys are going to be fine pitchers for many years assuming both stay healthy. I wish the Mets had arms like these guys. That has to be a consideraton. By the way, how much better would the bullpen look with two hard throwers like Lindstrom and Bell who were never given the shot Guillermo Mota was given. Brilliant! Then, out of nowhere, Hank comes along and starts running his mouth to the media, fires a hall of fame manager, spends MILLIONS of dollars just to re-sign last years players, tampers with players from other teams, and seemingly has locked Brian Cashman in a closet.
