Gimme a break Matt. The National League stinks and is mocked throughout all of baseball land by analysts and experts alike. I really don't get why you have to try and rationalize things...sugarcoating them so we feel good about our league....IT STINKS. Thats the truth, lets man up and accept it. Hopefully it will be good again one year. The proof is in the pudding. Don't tell me about the Cards fluke WS. Look at the numbers as a whole the last few years....or just look to this years W.S.
