He would be back in the NL where he dominated. He would be a setup man, not a closer. And it would allow the Mets to put Heilman in a package for a starter without having to rely strictly on Joe Smith, Strictland, Sanchez or the other cast of character the Mets had last year. As rotoworld said, if he does good and leaves he brings back 2 draft picks, and if he doesn't do well then Melvin was right to sign him to just a one year deal. It could be alot worse.
