If the O's got 5 guys for Tejada, who is clearly on the wrong side of his career and is off roids and has declining stats and still overpaid.....what the heck can they expect to get back for a guy who is improving, young, under still a decent contract for 2 years (even arbitration wise it wont get to $12M per yr), etc. No one gets Bedard now. Not even THE DODGERS or INDIANS or DIAMONDBACKS with thier terrific systems. The problem with this deal is that it essentially kills all hope of us getting Bedard.
