Re: Mets on the List
Leading up to today's annoucement, I was extremely worried that the Mets would really get slammed by the Mitchell Report. There are many reasons for my worry. First, the fact that "Ex-Mets Clubhouse Boy, Radomski" was used to preface every performance enhacing discussion or news item. The Mets don't get enough bad PR as it is, without adding to it by attaching the steroid scandal to the Mets. Second, it is always the Mets luck to always get a large helping of bad karma. The same karma that makes our prospects never make it (while Yankee prospects become stars), the same karma that cause historic collaspes, the same karma that causes perennial losing.

If there are no current Mets (from the current 40-man roster) as is being reported, then this might be a day that the Mets karma may finally be changing. I can only pray!
