Omar; please keep in mind that there are quite a few more teams than the Twins and O’s to make a deal with.
Every team, the Pirates, the Reds, the Rays have special young arms. Many of these teams are going nowhere just now or just yet and may be interested in our less than Hollywood “chips”.
Last year we spent the entire off season dancing around with Zito. And all that was, was money. We have been politely and definitely told our prospects are not what the Twins and O’s are looking for in return.
So for the sake of all that is good and right in this Republic, MOVE ON !

I love the fact that Marbury has been out for 26 days. I realize it’s his dad and all, but let’s get real here. The guy just doesn’t want to play. In a way, he’s helping Isiah out, because Isiah doesn’t have to bench him now. You know what happens when Marbury gets benched…he claims to have “so much $hit” on you.
The knicks record with Steph is much worse than their record without him.. I don’t remember the actual numbers..
He is a joke. The only team he could have been useful on was the ‘96 Syracuse Orangemen team (whom he was leaning towards going to and was suggested by his father, may I add, before heading to G-Tech). They didn’t have a point guard and he could have helped them beat Kentucky.
He isn’t even that good. He is like Eli Manning. He is decent, but it seems like every time you see him play, the other PG is better than him.
I actually watched the first 5 or 6 knicks games this season, then I relaized how much I loathe James Dolan and I stopped…he has destroyed that franchise…I blame him more than Isiah.
