Every year there's about 30 different fantasy magazines that come out ranking all the players at their different positions. As for ranking prospects, it's pretty arbitrary, and I think it might be more illuminating if instead of just the "top 100" they did like the top 25 by league: like top 25 AAA prospects, top 25 AA prospects, etc. Or, at the very least, broke them down by positions the way they do for ML Players rankings.
