umm.. Yea… pretty bad… really bad… can we take that down before somebody else sees it..

  3. sincekindergarten says:

LOL! It should be played before every game the Mets play against the Braves at Shea . . .

  4. MetsieFan84 says:

They’ll never make American Idol but it wasn’t that bad. Let’s just hope this doesn’t get out to the media. lol

  5. Confused says:

    nice way to stay positive:

    pedro hurt al duque hurt?

  6. cohen1333 says:

If they recorded that professionally, it would sell. Well done.

  7. NeedAnAce says:

This video is actually a Video Response to a song that a couple of loser Braves fans wrote after their aquistion of Mark Teixiera… if you want to truly enjoy it, check out their version as well.

    Speaking of Met’s Music….

I nominate “Back in the New York Groove” for our victory song this year. After the collapse, it’d be nice for Rollins, Chipper, and the rest of the NL East ear about our return to form after every Mets victory.

This video is actually a video response to a song that two loser Braves’ fans wrote after their aquisition of Mark Teixiera. You should check that out in order to fully appreciate this.

On the topic of Mets music, I’d like to see “Back in the New York Groove” become the Mets victory song this seaon. I think it would send a message to our fans that this team is ready to take back the city after hitting rock bottom last September.

Ku Klux Klanna. I love it. Rock-on boys!

  14. Coolpapabell says:

I love it! They should display it on the video board on opening day. They did a great jobs of putting my feelings to song.

  15. a says:

not gonna lie, “biggest thing in georgia since scarlett o’hara” was kind of witty, but i about died at “every guy looks like hannah montana when they step up to the plate against johan santana”.

  16. itsmetsforme says:

    that was excellent.

  17. lbg713 says:

It’s even funnier if you watch the Mark Teixiera video first — they totally rag on those guys.

    • DannyPhantom says:

      Agreed.

If you’ve ever seen the two clowns do the Texiera thing, this is an absolute riot.

  18. ebfnyc says:

It’s probably something that they can perform at Shea. They need to change the lyric about Princess Diana because it may offend some.

  19. Mr. Mets Butler says:

Hey Nate…you know you’re gonna have to feed us with more videos now…that was great. Song is perfect for him too.

How about a Santana vid…or even Reyes or Piazza.

  20. Broadway Joe says:

    let the jinx begin …

  21. supermannino says:

As a Mets fan who had to grow up in North Carolina (aka, “Braves Country”) I have to laugh…

  22. supermannino says:

I just listened to the Teixiera song. Touche’. We really killed them on that. I can’t wait to hear the Mark Kotsay song.

  23. DannyPhantom says:

Who would have thought that anyone could have performed a song that included references to Hannah Montana, the KKK, and Jackie Chan and it would actually have sounded good?!

That is priceless, and is something we all may be listening to again in October.

  24. SheaHeyKid24 says:

funny but you’d hope that the guy doing the fake pitch halfway through could preted to throw lefty not righty. sorry it’s the details i get caught up in.
