No wonder the Twins said no to that. Now, look at all the posts from a few weeks ago -- not one of them said that the Mets offer was just 3 players; most of the comments were talking about adding F-Mart to Gomez + Guerra + Humber + Mulvey. It's a good thing that nobody here is on the Mets' front office staff... Ticket prices would have doubled next year. So inorder to lessen the shock next year they made a gradual move this year. Raise it by 25% this year and 30% next year instead of 50% at one time. As much as we are complaining over this increase imagine if it was all of a sudden double next year. Why can people not understand why ticket prices went up?
