Boston is coming off 2 titles in 4 years, has the premiere ace in the game and a #2 who they expect to be vastly improved in his second season in the US. Why would they give away half their farm to replace an aging #3 they already know is only thre for one more season anyway? We don't need extra angles to be happy about with Santana. Boston never needed him...they are sitting PRETTY with Beckett, Dice-K, Buchholz, Lester....Ellsbury in CF...and the patience to develop them.
