Who can argue he isn't good enough to be in the hall of fame? Afterall, he is way more qualified than Anderson Hernandez. Alas, Joe isn't actually eligible to be in the hall of fame. There must have been at least five different components to it, all executed precisely before every single pitch. It was truly a sight to behold. His routine makes Nomar look positively stoic.
