Video: Santana’s Interview on Hot Stove
By Matthew Cerrone - Feb 19, 2008 1:44 pm

During last night’s Mets Hot Stove Reports on SNY, Johan Santana talked about how comfortable he is in Mets camp; confidence in the team, and it’s offense; his relationship with Pedro Martinez, and Rick Peterson; and dealing with fans in St. Lucie, among other things.

I was questioning the same, but how awesome would it be to buy it for a hot girl and press the up button and it lift off her body.

I bought this exact T off the clearance rack at the clubhouse shop about a week and a half ago!

  4. NYCESQ says:

I bought that at Macy’s a few months ago. It fits like a glove and is made of pretty good material.

Those gray shirts the Mets wear are for the players. They have their numbers on the front.

I love how Johan always says “I’m gonna come out here and do my job” and “we’re going to learn from each other” in all of his interviews. But hey, he’s the best pitcher in baseball, so there’s nothing else he needs to say.

GREAT shirt. And we all know you’re in need of more Mets clothing, Lucky Jersey Boy.

  9. BSMITTYFDNY says:

Nice shirt but 35 bucks? Dont know about that for a T-shirt.

  10. the clap says:

I did have that exact shirt. The Frank Tavaras model. But it got raggity and my mom threw it in with a bunch of donated clothes for orphans in Peru. Now those damn Peruvians are mass producing it and selling it back to the gringos at a crazy premium? Where’s my cut?!

  11. pyrexia says:

Matt, I bought one of those shirts you linked to a few months ago. Nice shirt except for one thing; the collar to is designed to fit only around the neck of that “Little bit of Luck” guy from the latest NY (scam) Lotto commercials. It’s like a turtleneck, sans turtle.

  12. gipper913i says:

he isnt here for the money. he said no. he would have played for free.

  13. Metsgoon2117 says:

  14. TugTheMan says:

what the heck do you expect?

“nah I’m gonna wipe my rear end with whatever Peterson says”….”I couldn’t care less what ever happens to the team”…”Who gives a sh*t what the fans think”.

    Come on get a grip!

  15. Hit The Weights Zeile says:

so what, hes here for the money, and like jerry seinfeld says we just root for laundry. just give me a championship please so i can finally be happy with 1 of my teams.
