As noted earlier, Julie Donaldson recently left SNY to join WHDH-TV in Boston.
According to the New York Post, Donaldson will be replaced by Jocelyn Pierce as the host of Mets Weekly.
Pierce is the soon-to-be wife of Giants LB Antonio Pierce.
…i’d provide a picture, but a) i can’t find one, and b) even if i could, i would not post it, for fear of what antonio might do…

I will miss Julie’s “Personalties”
If she is “soon-to-be” how is her name Pierce already?
I asked the same question. For professional reasons, knowing she’ll be married, it probably just makes sense to get started with the name she’ll eventually be known by.
In the Post story it says her name is Jocelyn Maldonado and claims she is originally from Puerto Rico. They also say that she did some modeling in the past in addition to some broadcast work for some news channel.
I’m upset to see Julie go, but who knows fellas, we actually may be better off by the sound of things.
i propose we nickname her “candy maldonado”

Darn, I will miss her beautiful face appearing each game for the “soft hands, smooth plays” segments.
I consider this a MAJOR loss.
this means no more watching Wright hit on Julie Donaldson every-time she interviews him. Or watching the players get competitive while trying to hit on her…that was always incredibly entertaining.
I think they might all be a little nervous about hitting on Pierce’s wife.
I wonder what Julie is going to do?

If you anyone saw SNY’s video of Pierce arriving at PSL when he got his own jersey, there’s a woman walking with Antonio. I think she was the soon to be Mrs. Pierce. Maybe, Antonio will be at the games and can be our enforcer in case there’s a brawl.
