I'm not complaining, Tejada quickly became one of my favorite players after signing with the Mets and the posting a .400+ OBP in the GCL. Maybe he was pitching hurt most of the year but it's alot of money. In all likelihood a large amount of that salary would have to be eaten to move him. I thought Sosa was our most reliable starter for a 6 week stretch early on. Didnt he start out 6-1 or 7-2 before reverting to craptitude in the BP ? I wouldnt be in a hurry to give up Sosa as he can effectively start and relieve. And it looked like Abreu was really out on the play-at-the-plate, but whatever haha Rincon looked very good I thought, especially with the last batter he faced; he consistently painted the outside corner ..
