Good point. I remember when the Mets were “re-teaching” Jose how to run (to avoid hamstring pulls) a hispanic reporter asked him about the new style and he bluntly said he didnt like it. He didn’t like it one bit.

I didn’t know if it was a comfort level or the fact that he could better express why he didnt like it in spanish, but with english speaking reporters he would give vague answers about being ok with it. I was always surprised people never noticed the conflicting replies.
