the guy’s left leg quad muscle is a schell of its normal self, he’s building it back up, now, if you’ve ever had both knees scoped, you’d get it. Running around with an atrophied muscle like that makes you sore, he’s still strengthening it. But hey, time to hang on their every word and make an inference about something. Yay conspiracies!

I find it a little strange that Beltran would be sore. I mean, he took three swings and slowly loped to first base three times. I would hope he is doing a lot more than that in batting practive and baserunning and fielding drills. Doesnt add up…
