Humber. Good for him. What’s up with Mulvey? From the comments section, sounds like Gomez may be a starter. Would be nice if two of them made the team now.

Junkyard. Grew up in the area and have gone there many times to fix a window, etc. The area should be nicer but the city should find them an area like College Point where they can all move to. Especially considering Eminent Domain is allowed for public good, while it seems that here, the city will be giving the property to a few businesses.

Roto. Matt you endorse away and get yours. No harm done. I think readers know Matt is paid for endorsing Roto.

I’ve got no problem with the small advertisements and plugs here and there. it allows matt to keep on doing what he’s doing, bringing us great and up to the minute mets information!!!

i for one have a pop up blocker, and have been coming here for months. i have the thing set not to alert me when it blocks something. for that reason, i didnt even know there was an SNY pop up until last week when i went here from a friends comp!!

have you heard Keith Hernandez and his just for men schtick? He pulls that out all the time..it’s a product he uses and pushes, and gets paid for it…pushing products you don’t believe in seems like a problem though.

Well, shoot, guys….I think we all log on everyday to get the latest, accurate info and links about our favorite baseball team….and um, that’s what we get.
I don’t know that we should become Bob Raissman. Metsblog has been superstrong this spring and I haven’t ever perceived Matt to be anything other than an ardent fan who loves putting together this blog and loves rooting for the Mets….and he did such a good job that the Mets have noticed and guardedly endorse his work.
Everybody kind of sounds like pinhead Dylan or Dave Matthews fans who attend the concerts, but sit down during those darned “electrified” songs.
