I know he was in camp. I read somewhere else that he was one of like 15 pitchers they chose from for 7 open spots on the Zephyrs roster, so if he’s not on it now I guess we sent him back

He pitched much better in his fall league assignment. Bosticks problem is walks, he gives up a low hit rate, strikes guys out, but always seems to walk way too many for the other stats to matter.

what happened with Gary Bakker?

The Mets took him in the AAA phase of the rule V so doesn’t he have to stay on the AAA roster all year or get offered back? I’m not sure how that works, but his name has been completely off the radar all spring… anyone know?

Harper took an invitation to ST with the SF Giants.

I dont get what the Giants are doing with thier 1B prospect on the bench while Aurilia plays 1B on that team. At least put Harper on the bench and the kid in AAA if they arent going to play him everyday…

Eddie Camacho is back in Bingy as well, he’s like the guy that just wont graduate from college…

I you mean accepted, no he let the Mets know he would rather become a free agent.

I’d imagine he’ll get a job with someone should an injury or two happen, otherwise look for him on someone elses AAA roster soon.

Nope, Robinson Cancel and Ben Johnson should be on the AAA DL, but they arent on the Zephers roster.

According to Ryan Cullen himself who posted on NYFS: John Hattig, Schmoll and Cullen will not have jobs with the Mets this year. Cullen seems like a useful minor league pitcher, but the others are understandable.

Old Joe gotta’s love the game for hanging around this long, and switching to a pitcher. Hope he makes it for a taste of the Bigs after all he’s been going through.

Another longtime Binghamton veteran, Brett Harper, finally flew the coop. Guess he took the minor league free agent route. Wish him the best of luck wherever he is right now.

I was a little surprised to see Stewart make AAA after the bismal second half he had in AA last year. I expect him to be overmatched.

I guess with Alou out, Pagan is the other would be OF on the AAA team so they needed someone.

This will be my first time there. I got tickets to see them play the Red Sox affiliate in mid April. 1st row, right behind home plate (Row 1 , Section 1).

Do these list include the players that are in extended spring training? Like Rincon, Lugo, Valentin???
