I personally love the angel wave! Yesterday was my first game for the '08 season, and I was sitting in the Upper Deck down the left field line. When Angel came up, I saw a ton of people doing the angel wave in the right field loge seats and outer field boxes. A couple fans here and there throughout the rest of the stadium joined in as well. I was so excited when I saw it! I really hope it catches on where we have 55.000 fans flapping their angel wings lol. Nice positive unifying trend that the fans can take part in.

My friend had mentioned that we should do it earlier in the game, and then we saw people in the right field loge seats doing it, and we joined it. Absolutely love it.

On a side note, there have been far too many idiots sitting in Shea Stadium claiming to be Mets fans, booing players like Santana, and going way over the line in taunting fans from other teams. If we're going to get drunk and scream at Brewers fans, I think we've got bigger problems than the Mets season...
