If we can get up a head of steam going into that, our guys can think and believe that they have turned the corner and that this is '08 and not '07. He doesnt seem "easy going" in that Joe Torre type way. Torre was always so pleasant and inviting especially with the media but Randolph appears bothered or annoyed when challenged by media. Torre just seems more personable then Willie. Not sure if this is why the yankees won all those WS but it didnt seem to hurt either. I guess that easy-going attitude could also be construed as "not caring" in times of poor play but it just seems that Willie needs to strike a balance... Willie always seems burdened.
