I’m not sure if F-Mart will start with the Mets next year. So far his minor league numbers this year are anything but impressive – especially with his plate discipline.

He’s only 19 anyway – 20 when next season starts.

Unless he improves a lot the rest of this season and during the winter, he should start next season in the minors.

He did explain himself. He said that, as he was warned at the time he introduced the poll, the results merely mirrored the team’s performance, making it useless. If your team is winning, everyone loves the manager; if your team is losing, everyone hates the manager (or so the argument goes).
