He's gone 7 and 7 1/3 already this year, so I wouldnt think too much of it. It was a blowout afterall. The pitchers who followed him hadnt pitched in 2,3, and 4 days so they probably needed the work. They need to be developed as well... I dont know what Niese's pitch count was, but they were playing with the DH so it was probably just to curb his use. He's only 21, yada yada, typical crap... He went 6 earlier this year with 2 hits and 1 walk, which tells me they just arent going to let him go more than 6 this year. in Bosticks case it sure looks like he should have.
