He will always be remembered as a Met and nothing else. As a Met fan i would hate for him to go to the Yankees, but on the other hand, I want him to play as long as he possibly can. I want Mike to get back out on the field, if it is just for a year. What some people dont understand is that once you play in the majors, you are willing to do almost anything to get back out there and play again. So all in all, i say if they make the offer, take it, because you dont know if the chance will come by again. Mike Piazza is the #1 best all time catcher as a Met. Boston was so upset when Johnny Damon left the "Idiots" and red Sox to join the "Evil Empire" Yankees. who cares? it is a business to them. they need to go where the money is.
