This team needs (at least) someone with a liilt emore grit and fire in the belly to advance to the next level. Problem is even if they dump wilie which I think they should and did after last year, they wotn find their long term manager to take the position in mid season, I think they should turn to an internal candidate for the short term and think long term going into next year.
