News: Schneider in Today’s Lineup

According to Adam Rubin, at his blog for the Daily News, Brian Schneider will be in today’s starting lineup.

Rubin also explains why Alou has returned to being hitless on the year, despite getting a ‘hit’ in his first game back.

    Did they reverse the error charged against Wright in the same game as Alou’s “hit” too? That was a very harsh call, a hard-hit ball took a big hop right in front of him.

    It was like they were running a home book for the Mets!
