Can somebody tell Beltran to get the sand out of his panties and man up and play a game when his belly hurts him a little bit. I passed out when Kuo was pitching and we were up by a run, and just woke up to find out we lost. I don't understand how a talented team can be so bad with runners in scoring position. I don't know if it's heart, lack of desire, bad luck, or whatever, but it's become pandemic at this point. They just seem to lack the killer instinct to put opposing teams away. I'm a fairly positive Mets fan, and I still believe this team has a lot of good baseball in it, somewhere, but to date, this has been the least enjoyable Mets squad to follow since 2002. wow, what an awful loss.
