Hey Mets, can we make a smart move for once?
Release Sosa, call up Wise. DL Castillo, call Smith back up.
I don’t think Smith has been sent down yet, has he?
Well Sosa is gone, figgy is gone, Pagan on the DL. Wise, Vargas and Tatis are in. Mets eat Sosa’s 2million.
Good moves, not typical met moves.
i’m expecting big things from dylan owen
I know it was short season rookie ball…but he was unreal last season for Brooklyn…9-1…ERA under 2.00…hopefully he keeps it up and will get a promotion, him and Niese.
btw I meant promotion to the next level…not to the big league club right now*
mets announce roster moves ….
sosa and figgy designated for assignment
pagan to DL
Wise, Vargas and Tatis recalled
Good moves all around, though why not sit pagan the last couple days and make it retroactive? oh well, at least smith sticks around
So, let me get this straight… The Mets have had, at one time or another:
Edgardo Alfonzo
Edgard Alfonzo
Edgar Alfonzo
Are we eventually going to see
Edga Alfonzo
Edg Alfonzo
Ed Alfonzo…?
It’s like an odd version of B-I-N-G-O.
Mets sign LHP E Alfonzo to a minor league contract ….
