At least we signed him as an FA. He's only costing money, not talent. But it would be nice if the front office would stop banking their hopes on guys like this. Youth! Youth! Youth! A couple of veterans to guide the young'uns, but the 35+ y/o's should not be carrying the team, at least not unless they're a) still productive and b) healthy.
