They were a completely different team than the one that played the Nationals. Can that carry over? With this team, who knows. What I do know is the Yankees threw seven different arms at the Mets, and five of them were tagged for earned runs. They just beat up on everyone, hot or cold. Wang and Chamberlain combined to give up 8 ER in 8.2 IP. The only guys to escape harm were Jose Veras and Edwar Ramirez with a scoreless inning apiece. BTW, anyone catch Jim Edmonds trying to do his best Carlos Beltran impression on Tal's Hill just now on ESPN? Not quite as impressive as Beltran's, but pretty crazy still.
