Maybe that is because he knows it is over and is just waiting for the ax. A big problem to me? He says we aren't eecuting or performing, but then says "we" need to play better or get in a rythm. Never anything about what "I" will do to make it happen. More like I am going to sit here with my fingers crossed and my eyes closed, hoping it will get better! Willie just seems deflated and beaten.
