I'm a life-long fan and I feel that my fanhood has been shaken. I want no part of this negativity at Shea, with the booing, etc etc. I am embarrased to be associated with other Mets fans right now. I have prided myself on being a Mets fan for years... like it somehow defined an aspect of my values as a person. It's disappointing that I don't want to go to Shea this year, and I typically go at least 20 times a season... I don't really know. There are thousands of people on this blog that I'm sure have better ideas than me. We can come up with something.
