If we brought in Hatteberg it would clearly only be for the rest of this year and without any logical options in the minors to be blocked, whats the problem with giving him a shot? Signing hatteberg to a minor league deal or perhaps using him in a lefty ph role and possible temporary replacement for Delgado, is a no risk move.
