He pronounces Beltran's name that way because he took the time to ask Carlos how he would like his last name pronounced. Every time Miller is unsure of how a player would like his name pronounced, he asks the player and then pronounces it the way he's told. What's wrong with that? They could have passed on that one anyway. I think ESPN smells the blood in the water and wants to get the exclusive on the game after Willie gets fired. Of course its too soon, if anything they will do it on the way back from SD.
