Maybe it had nothing to do with Delgado playing or not playing, the Mets can hit left handed pitching. They are 13-21 against right handers. So if they lose tonight its not because Delgado was in the game its the rest of the team struggles against right handed starters! Tatis is not hitting 25+ hr's and driving in 80 RBI's, hes a journeyman bench player not an everyday player, the mets need Delgado to pick it up to win this year, Tatis is not good enough to carry this team when Wright and Beltran struggle!! is it coincidence that the Mets are now 12-5 against left handed starters with or without Delgado in the lineup?
