To my knowledge delgado has NEVER been linked to any steroid or HGH scandal, and unless you have facts linking him to something I think its unfair to assume he may have. He is struggling mightily and hearing it from the fans, to add on that he may have used an illegal substance is unwarranted. As you know players usually lose a step or some bat speed and delgados age, unless they are very rare exceptions, there is no reason to think anything else is a factor.
