If sleep is what lost the game last night for these guys, this season was clearly over before it began. I've never played MLB baseball and clearly don't know how big of a toll traveling in luxury takes on these guys but I'm still going to say that is a sad excuse for a bunch of babies. Seriously, I've flown red-eye from the west coast to be back at work @ 9am and never complained about it or used it as an excuse for lack of productivity. These guys fly in a private plane, sleep in a Ritz, gain 3 extra hours...yea, way to be a professional. “lastly, and most importantly, the Mets clearly need sleep.”
