sorry but it wasn’t just about the loss of Nady that began our decline – it was the combination of losing both Nady and more importantly,. Sanchez. If we had Filthy in the NLCS we would have gone to Detroit.

Listen the mets need to use all the power (except F-Mart and Jon Niese) to obtain Jason Bay. He is a great hitter, the clean up hitter we need since Delgado began slumping

Give them Dan Murphy, Nick Evans, Aaron Heilman, more

NOOOO STAY AWAY FROM RICHIE SEXSON!!!

Believe me, I live in Seattle and I can’t believe I am saying this, but CARLOS DELGADO IS A MUCH, MUCH, BETTER OPTION THAN SEXSON.

Delgado grounds out into the shift most of the time. Sexson strikes out EVERY TIME. The guy is a living, breathing rally killer and you can hear an audible groan in Safeco when he comes up to bat.

I’m telling you – worse than Delgado.
