For the record I always see my typos after they’re submitted. I didn’t take it personal but I know some fans act as if they grew up with the team they root for and they would take my joke as a personal offense against them. Your joke was good but ironic because you failed to capitalize your I’s along with Hampton and Atlanta, there should’ve been some sort of punctuation between too and not. This is the first time that I brought grammer/punctuation/sentence structure up when talking sports and it’ll be my last. Do you mind if I refer to your team as the Mezzopolitans or is that to harsh (add smiley face)?

off topic, you guys have got to see this if you’re a baseball fan.

Go to YouTube and on the search field type in “Ballgirl Catch”.

You have to find the video that’s still available. It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. If the Mets would give just HALF the effort this BallGirl gave we’d be in first place. Unbelievable.

I’ll give Willie full credit for the wins, and now that they’re losing he got full blame. I’m glad he’s gone. I just wish the new manager wouldn’t send out the exact same lineup as Willie did.

OOooooooo. You got me good. Ouch. And you think that Manuel the Magnificent isn’t going to make those kinds of mistakes if he’s around here long enough? Do you ever take notice of the mistakes that ALL managers make during the coarse of a season? Oh, that’s right, you know more about baseball than Willie Randolph (who had the benefit of Manuel the Magnificent’s baseball insights throughout – as he sat next to Willie every inning of every game).

Manuel will do no better than Willie with this team.
