Horrible signing by Omar. Get this lazy piece of shyt out of here. Let Havens play second. Get Delgado out of here. Get Alou out of here. F all these guys. And F Omar. Man, am I pssed.

Castillo seems to bring about bad karma to the mets ever since he came to new york.

Two days ago Gary Cohen said that Manuel wanted to give Castillo some time off and Castillo said “Sorry, that won’t work for me.” Of course it shouldn’t be Castillo’s decision in the first place, but that’s a discussion about a different problem for a different thread.

Selfish guy, and when it’s all said and done and you need him, he can’t play anyway. I’ve been watching his offense this season a lot closer than in years past. It’s amazing how much of his numbers are total B.S. He’s also a very passive hitter who will do whatever he can to leave the real heavy lifting to someone else. The good news is that there’s really no way he’s going to be here for four years, contract or not.
