I hope so, but at this point I’m not sure I believe this move to Brooklyn is ever going to happen. First it was supposed to be 09, now 2010, and as far as I know they still haven’t broken ground.

There were other teams interested in these players, mind you, and yet he managed to get them.

I’m not saying he’s a miracle worker for it, but he does deserve credit for those players (and blame for the team’s shortcomings, of course).

Absolutely!

For the past two months I’ve awoken and kept telling myself, “Hey, maybe today they’ll start to go on that tear.” Now I’m convinced that’s been some silly thinking.

Team needs to be revamped and in a hurry.

F-Mart is 8 for 17 for the B-Mets since coming off an injury. Batting .299 with 4 dingers and 19 RBI overall, including a 3 run HR on Sunday.
