Stat: Delgado Heating Up
Carlos Delgado hit a solo home run in last night’s win against the Giants.
He is batting .387 in his last 31 at bats, with two home runs, five RBI and a .458 OBP, while raising his batting average from .236 to .243 on the season.

“He’s getting a level of comfort with himself. He’s seeing the ball better.
One of the keys for Carlos is to take base on balls. When he’s taking base on balls, I feel very confident that he’s gonna do some damage, vecause that tells me he’s seeing the ball before making a swing…He and HoJo have worked daily on a number of things…The good thing is that he’s made those adjustments and hopefully he can continue in this streak.”
