Did you guys read Toby's interview with Murphy from last year? That was awesome. He gets glowing remarks from everyone. WHat's up with Church by the way? I haven't seen anything. BP? Rehab games? What's up? It's making me nervous.

yeah and about 800 more at-bats.....

From what I saw from F-Mart in Spring, and knowing what I know from what I've read I'd say he's capable both mentally and physically to make the transition....I'd say he'd probably do what Carlos Gomez did for the Mets last year with a little more consistent contact, but that experience would pay off mightily in the post season...yeah, I know we have to get there first, but if Kunz can help solidify the bullpen which Omar and company must whole heartily believe since they didn't make a move than I think the Mets will be there.

F-Mart needs to get called up, and I think he can make a difference in the post season if he's on the roster regadless of the .240 average he'd have by season's end.

kuns throws between 94-97 with a hard slider...look at joe smith, he was lights out when he first came up...middle relievers are fine to come up early, but i find it interesting that minaya is pretty much hingining his job on a bunch of unproven talents

Haha, true enough. I was just looking at our AA and AAA rosters and they have like no pitching.

Because he's the only name we have to bring up. Unless we call up Niese and put him in the bullpen.

Evans actually had better numbers, he was way ahead of Murphy and Carp offensively, stat wise at least as far as I know scouts say Murphy is the most offensively advanced.

The problem is none of them seem to have positions.
