He has a lot to learn about actually pitching, but with his velocity if they can teach him how to actually use his stuff he could be a dominant bullpen arm, if not our future closer. How does that make him a timebomb? Also he won't make more than Rivera per season. He will get 12-15 thats not that much more than Billy. I am guessing something like 5/65.
