Only in 1981 strike season did MLB allow 1/2 game in standings stand up. Usually they make the teams play an even amount of games if there’s a 1/2 game distance.

It only takes 1/2 game to win the division. LETS GO METS !!! After 2007 anything can happen. In 2006 the Cards had the worst record of all teams in the playoffs and won it all. We are do.

But I see no evidence of this alleged corruption, none at all.

and the mets cannot get swept this week by the Phils. Unfortunatly Perez won’t be pitching against them this week but hopefully he’ll have a shot when the mets play the Phillies at Shea. Perez dominates the Phillies. And keep Pelf away from the Marlins. lol

True but we got the Fish and the Brewers and the Phils play the Nats right after the cubs. The big week for the mets is the 2nd to last week when they play the Braves and the Nats, they need to build atleast a 3 game lead before playing the Cubs during the final homestand. Otherwise the mets are gonna be putting a lot of pressure on themselves with the Phils closing out with the Braves and the Nats themselves.

yeah the scary part is they always have a lead in the middle of a month then blow it towards the end of the month. If they do that in September they’re screwed, and with the last week of September thats very possible
