Nine innings of lackluster play does not automatically disqualify you for MVP....just ask reigning MVP Jimmy Rollins.

I hate this as well. Victorino pulls the same crap. I've see Victorino, Brett Myers, and Jimmy Rollins himself do this stuff.

I swear that whole town hates Jose Reyes. The announcer's constantly bash him and when the Mets lost last night they put the camera right on him.

I'll tell you what it is. It's because they all wish they could have a guy like Jose Reyes on his team. Weather they like him or hate him they all see his god given ability and they all wish they had it. I'm not saying he is the best player in the league or even better then any Philly but they see him and they see the things he can do on the field and there jealous.

Without a doubt the best rivalry in the game right now. Its real shame that, of course, the last Yanks/Sox games will be on ESPN every time despite the fact the Phils and Mets are actually playing for a division at the moment.

Well said Mike.

I am also tired of all the complaining about Jose Reyes celebrating and showing emotion.

Maybe Rollins should "inspired" by the fact that last year he hit 20 3B and 30 HR and this year he doesn't even have 10 of either.

Hey legs. Beltran has averaged roughly 25 HRs/year throughout his career. He's on pace for 23 HRs this year. Not great. But how does that translate into losing his power?

Maybe it's your head that hurts? Not your legs?
