i’m still surprised these two teams haven’t had a brawl yet…until then i won’t consider the willies & mets a rivalry. those idiots don’t deserve it. but then again i don’t think we ever fought w/ tha braves either all those years…someone refresh my memory.

Oh I get it.. it’s only motivation when you win and do well… when you lose you keep your mouth shut…

And someone remind Rollins hes been losing a lot to the Mets.

So if I get this right, playing for first place at the end of August doesn’t motivate Jimmy Rollins or his team, but how a steps on home plate after a home run does. Heck, playing for first place in July doesn’t motiviate Rollins to get out of bed on time, but this does. Tells you alot about Jimmy Rollins.
